Return authorizations are issued for product a customer is not satisfied with or has ordered in error.  Returns will be issued on any product shipped back within 30 days of the invoice date. 

If the product has been used or the packaging has been destroyed, a restocking fee (generally 15%) will apply. 

Weber Scientific also has the authority to ask any customer to dispose of a product that has a cost valued less than $25.00 and then issue credit to that customer.
