BrandTech BVC Fluid Aspiration Systems

The BrandTech BVC Fluid Aspiration Systems deliver compact and quiet solutions for cell culture work. These aspiration systems include the VHC^pro hand controller allowing easy, comfortable fluid aspiration in a number of different hand positions and a 0.2 micron biofilter to protect the pump and atmosphere from biohazard aerosols. All units are suitable for two users with optional extension and hand controller.

Choose from three types of aspirator systems:

Basic— The un-powered version. A mechanical regulator provides a suitable vacuum level i n the bottle for aspiration, and disconnects it from the supply when that level is reached – no power required. Includes a stable and easy-to-clean powder coated metal stand, 0.2µm biofilter, and VacuuHandControl.

Control— Features a powerful, whisper-quiet VACUUBRAND^® chemistry-design vacuum pump. This eliminates the need for central vacuum supply and allowing potentially biohazardous materials to be contained in a local area. When using the VacuuHandControl, the pump is turned on and off automatically. An easy-to-clean touch panel adjusts and indicates the vacuum level switch point providing the exact aspiration power you need, when you need it.

Professional— Adds a liquid level sensor outside the bottle, without contacting bottle contents allowing you to concentrate on work without the worry of overflow. A special disinfection program allows the aspiration of disinfectant after the system is shut down to decontaminate the VacuuHandControl. The 4 liter polypropylene bottle is supplied with quick connectors as standard; the 2 liter glass bottle includes hose barb connections with optional quick connectors available.

All types are available with either a 4 liter heavy duty polypropylene bottle or disinfectant-resistant "G" glass bottle with scratch and fragment protection coating for true bleach resistance.
