The UVP Deluxe Handheld UV Lamps 8 Watt provides lamps with three different wattages that provide varying areas of illumination and relative intensity, offered here are a variety of 4-, 6-, and 8- watt models with varying wavelengths, single, double, or triple specified below. Models available include a 254nm shortwave and a 365nm longwave, or a combination of shortwave/longwave lamps. Single wavelength models comprise a fluorescent tube to provide white light for examination and illumination.

The rugged design is suited for high usage. These versatile lamps allow the user to easily switch among the three wavelengths (longwave, shortwave and midrange UV) , making them one of the more desired UV lamps on the market. UV Lamps are lightweight and designed to be held or transported, but they are just as easily storable for hands-free operation. A built-in reflector amplifies UV illumination.
