Hanna Instruments HALO2 Wireless Chocolate pH Tester

Hanna Instruments HALO2 Wireless Chocolate pH Tester with built-in specialized electrode is accurate and easy to use to measurement pH during the chocolate making process. This tester features a PVDF outer junction sleeve that can be removed for cleaning, disinfecting, and refreshing (with supplied gel electrolyte) of the outer reference area, improving the measurement and extending the life of the tester.

Supplied with a starter kit consisting of: pH 4.01 buffer solution sachet (2 pcs), pH 7.01 buffer solution sachet (2 pcs), electrode cleaning and disinfection solution for chocolate deposits sachet (2pcs), electrode storage solution (dropper bottle), gelled bridge electrolyte (dropper bottle), 3V Lithium battery – CR2032, instrument quality certificate, and instruction manual.
