LactiCheck™ 3X Milk Analyzer (Page & Pedersen)

The Page & Pedersen LactiCheck-3X Milk Analyzer has three channels that can be calibrated to quickly and accurately test raw milk, different types of processed milk (1%, 2%, whole), coffee creamer, half and half, and cream, as well as other full-fat products with reliable and accurate results. No reagents are required, making the results exceptionally affordable. Compact and simple to operate, incorporating the LactiCheck-3X into raw milk reception (raw milk), skim milk and cream process management, and final quality control is easy. The device is user-friendly, doesn’t require pipetting, and has an audible “Time to Clean” reminders, which increases adherence to routine maintenance protocols.

Artisanal, Boutique, and Specialty Cheese Makers: Test raw milk, cheese recipes, and cream to ensure consistent quality. Optimize fat/protein ratios as appropriate.

Dairy Processors: Use at satellite locations like milk reception to take pressure off the central lab. Integrate into the system as a back-up to more automated composition analyzers to reduce down-time during regular maintenance, recalibration or training on MIR, FTIR, or NIR instruments.

Farmstead Processing: Confirm compliance with labeling requirements for botted milk (skim, reduced fat, etc.) while checking correct separation functionality of cream separators. Enhance heard management for optimizing feed formulations, calf replacement formula, and heard health.

Yogurt Makers: Know that the milk coming in meets standards. Check yogurt ‘recipes’ to ensure that the mixture is consistent so that quality is reliable.

LactiCheck 3X is shipped complete with: sample vials, cleaning solvent concentrate and protein cleaner, cleaning sheet with SoP (laminated) and manual pump, LactiCAL-1 and LactiCAL-3 Calibration Controls, power cord, waste hose and waste container, comprehensive user’s guide.
