Nalgene Sterile Filter Polystyrene Storage Bottles

Thermo Scientific Nalgene Rapid-Flow Sterile Filter Polystyrene Storage Bottles are radiation-sterilized to save time and minimize contamination. They can be used with Nalgene Bottle-Top Filters, or as replacements and extra receptacles for Nalgene Tissue Culture and Sterilization Filter Units. They are excellent as sterile single-use storage containers.

Their head space allows for extra serum or other additives to be added to the filtrate. Leak proof screw caps eliminate pH shift in bottle for longer life of stored media. They are sterilized by gamma radiation and individually bagged for a five-year sterile shelf life.

Their ergonomic design makes them easier to handle than other bottles. They can be used to store sterilized filtrate or as pre-sterilized, single-use storage containers. A 1 1⁄2 turn threaded screw closure guarantees a leak proof seal. The polystyrene bottle and polyethylene cap are non-cytotoxic and non-pyrogenic.
