Food thermometer with T-type thermocouple and Lumberg locking probe connector features exceptional battery life of up to 10 years and choice of °C or °F scales. Waterproof to IP68 standards. Countdown timer can be stopped during countdown and uses include monitoring how long probe is inserted to obtain accurate reading or monitoring cooking and cooling times. Two-year warranty.
Other features: permanent clock display, user selectable alarm functions, countdown timer, data hold function, auto switch-off, interactive menu selection and BioCote® antimicrobial protection. Probes available separately.
