Weber Scientific Luria Broth Granulated is for propagation and maintenance of E. coli. Dissolve 25 grams in 1 L distilled water and adjust the pH to 7.2. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes. Material specially granulated to reduce dust and increase solubility rate.
